Privacy policy.
This platform uses Supabase for account authentication, tournament records, public content and file storage. The organization owner should review and complete the contact and retention details before public launch.
Account information
Creating an account uses your email address and password with Supabase Auth. ONYX profile records store your display name, optional phone number, avatar path and account role. ONYX does not store account passwords in its tournament tables.
Team and tournament records
If you register a team, ONYX stores the team name, optional logo, captain contact details and the roster information required by that event. Registration records are visible to the captain and authorized tournament staff under database access policies.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact form are stored for ONYX staff to respond. The form applies a honeypot check and limits repeated submissions by email address.
Files
Game images, tournament banners and team logos use public image storage. Tournament rulebooks can be read for published events. Result evidence is stored privately for authorized tournament staff.
Payments
The platform does not process or collect online payments at this time. Never send passwords, card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials through the website.
Your choices and contact
You can update permitted profile details from your dashboard. For account deletion, data questions or correction requests, contact ONYX through the Contact page. A support email can be configured by the Super Admin.
Service provider and launch review
Supabase hosts authentication, database and storage. ONYX should fill in the applicable service region, retention periods and legal contact details and obtain an appropriate privacy review before accepting public registrations.
