These general terms apply to ONYX account and tournament features. Each published event may include additional rules and eligibility requirements.
Accounts
Provide accurate account and team details, keep your sign-in credentials private and use your account only for your own ONYX activity. Admin permissions are organization-controlled and may be changed or revoked.
Tournament entry
A registration is subject to the event's requirements, deadline, capacity and organizer review. The registration code confirms a saved entry, not approval. Organizers may reject entries that do not meet the published rules.
Roster and rules
The organizer sets each event's format, roster size, substitute rules, scoring system and roster-lock date. Captains are responsible for submitting accurate player details and following the event rulebook.
Results and fair play
Only results published by ONYX are official standings. ONYX may review evidence and correct a result when needed; important admin edits are logged.
Fees and prizes
Free events do not require payment. Paid registration cannot be submitted through the platform until ONYX configures and verifies an approved payment integration. Prize details apply only where stated in the official event listing.
Availability and changes
ONYX may update, reschedule, cancel or unpublish an event. The event page and announcements provide the latest official details.

The organization owner should review this page for applicable local law, event eligibility, disputes, cancellations and prize terms before public use.
